Upper West Side Luxury Rentals

Trump Place | 140 Riverside Boulevard

[caption id="attachment_1886" align="alignnone" width="400" href="">[/caption]

Trump Place, like most of the other Trump buildings, is an urban paradise. Built at the cost of $3 billion dollars, Trump Place has extravagant foyers, beautiful design throughout not only the building but the condominiums as well, and basically every amenity imaginable. Single bedrooms start at $3,500, and doubles at $5,900; however, for that price you're getting a lot of real estate, as much as 1150 square feet in a condominium. If you can afford it, this is one of the best places on the market.

Same goes for Trump Place at 160 Riverside Boulevard. Nicer rooms, slightly worse view. Starting at $2,718 for a studio.

The Concerto | 200 West 60th Street

Not to be outdone, The Concerto cruises into the luxury rental market with a satisfactorily ambiguous name that rings both European and majestic. With 3 bedroom apartments going for $7,800 a month, it's a high price, but many of the most spacious and attractive condominiums on the market are in this building. It's got a rooftop deck, a children's playroom, and a fitness center for residents, and has a great view bordering Lincoln Center.

Parc Coliseum | 228 West 71st Street

For the slightly more modest renter is the Parc Coliseum, an excellent and affordable building on 71st street. For ~$3,000, depending on when you're renting, you can get a 1 bedroom apartment that's pet-friendly, has a full-time doorman, and features downright beautiful Victorian hardwood floors. The subway's only a block away, and the happiness of residents there is consistently high. Extra points for not having a needlessly generic and ambiguous name.

Archstone 101 | 101 West End Avenue

Archstone offers a wide variety of listings on Rentenna, with primarily Studio / Bath combinations for prices ranging from ~$2,700 to ~$3,100. It's received accolades for its large floor plans, averaging over 650 square feet for a typical 1BR apartment, as well as its friendly staff. The Archstone at 101 West End Ave also offers a free shuttle to Columbus Circle, and a fitness center and valet for those who need it.

GreyStone Upper West Side Apartment Rentals

The Greystone is a modernist, elegant UWS apartment building with a touch of flair and a ton of amenities. It has WiFi access for all apartment members, a fitness center and rooftop desk, and a valet for easy parking. The staff is highly rated for their promptness and friendliness, and the apartments are spacious for their comparably low prices of approximately $2,000 for a studio and bath.
