Pros: Do not move here! Worst landlord in NYC & check out his criminal past at www.east52ndstreet.com
Cons: Tenants currently suing landlord - class action suit. For full details see www.east52ndstreet.com and you will not want to move into any building owned by William Koeppel!

Property: 230 East 30th Street, Rating: 3

Pros: No real noise complaints or issues with tenants
Cons: Management company sucks

Property: LeFrak City at 1 Lefrak City Plaza, Rating: 3

Pros: Quiet, clean, responsive maintenance
Cons: Roaches in the basement, elevators would break a lot

Property: The Caroline at 60 west 23rd Street,  Rating: 5

Pros: beautiful, safe, clean, close to every subway
Cons: no neighborhood, very expensive

Property: SoHo Abbey at 284 Mott Street, Rating: 4

Pros: Building is well taken care of by management... Apts are nice, neighborhood can't be beat
Cons: previous super was great but the new super (who just started in Nov 2011 is a petty asshole)
