Upper East Side Condominiums: Buy?

People keep saying itÂ’s time to buy (not us, obviously) and there is some great inventory on the Upper East Side at the moment. 150 East 72nd Street and 737 Park Avenue are both being converted into fantastic luxury Upper East Side condominiums, with every amenity imaginable.

Both being developed by Macklowe Properties, both 150 East 72nd and 737 Park have the cache of the 10021, but with modern touches of 2013. Units in 150 East 72nd will have private elevator landings, sleek kitchens, and Italian marble baths. The 100 rental units at 737 Park are being converted to 50 condominium residences, meaning larger floorplans and more room to enjoy the views of Central Park.
