If you've been searching far too long for that perfect apartment, search no longer. Today, we're bringing to you today the best 10 apartment rentals in all of Boston, along with our personal reviews and ratings for each building. Coming up, after the break.

10. 271 Dartmouth Street | Back Bay

Average Prices:

  • Studio - $1,950
  • 1 Bedroom - $2,166

This building's coming in at 10th, but it's still first in our hearts. It's an excellent, cozy little Victorian brownstone with dozens of 1 bedroom apartments, a pet-friendly vibe and an excellent location in the heart of Back Bay. This neighborhood's got culture, spirit, and Copley Square, a popular gathering place for public events.

9. Charles View Apartments | 534 Beacon St, Back Bay

Average Prices:

  • 1 Bedroom - $2,016
  • 2 Bedrooms - $3,100

Charles View, a Flatiron-esque brick highrise offers excellent value for large rooms, with 1 bedroom apartments of over 500 square feet. It's also located in the sweet town of Back Bay, earning it 5 stars on our Neighborhood rating, and captures the heart of your Fido with its pet-friendly rating.

8. 386 Commonwealth Avenue | Back Bay

Average Prices:

  • 1 Bedroom - $1,987

Back Bay is dominating these rankings so far: 3 for 3. No wonder it's ranked as one of the best places to live in Boston. The apartments here are classically Victorian, with a small fireplace, chandeliers, and large windows offering a fantastic view. Drawbacks, however, include a lack of doormen or an on-site garage.

7. Carson Tower | 1410 Colombia Road, Columbus Park

Average Prices:

  • 1 Bedroom - $1,700
  • 2 Bedrooms - $1,673
  • 3 Bedrooms - $2,734

Columbus Park rushes back into the mix with an offering from Colombia Road. The amenities? An absolutely stunning harbor view, right next to the beach; security personnel and laundry in the building; a business center and fitness center; oh, and did we mention the incredible view?

6. Maverick Landing | 4 London Street, East Boston

Average Prices:

  • 1 Bedroom - $1,400
  • 2 Bedrooms - $1,475
  • 3 Bedrooms - $2,075

Not to be outdone, East Boston supplies us with Maverick Landing, a clean cut post-modern apartment complex in a great neighborhood and offering plenty of space. At a deceptively low price, its 2 and 3 bedroom offerings destroy the competition with 1000-1500 square feet of open space, and there's a central courtyard for all residents with plenty of foliage and a great fountain.

5. Burbank Apartments | 18 Haviland Street, Fenway

Average Prices:

  • Studio - $1,225
  • 1 Bedroom - $1,800
  • 2 Bedrooms - $2,375

Burbank Apartments is a colonial style condominium in Fenway with incredibly cheap studios, beautiful wood paneling, and a charming appearance. The building has been lovingly maintained by its owners, and looks amazing.

4. Delphi Properties | 1203 Boylston Street, Fenway

Average Prices:

  • Studio - $1,306
  • 1 Bedroom - $1,641
  • 2 Bedrooms - $2,037

Fenway, in a determined bid to hijack our top 10, offers yet another gorgeous brownstone with wood finishes and molded windowframes. It has all the appearance of a regal Victorian condominium, and offers the prices to match. With on-site management, security, and laundry in the building, it's a stunning choice for new families, and our 4th best apartment in Boston.

3. Greenhouse Apartments | 150 Huntington Avenue

Average Prices:

  • 1 Bedroom - $2,843
  • 2 Bedrooms - $3,777
  • 3 Bedrooms - $4,390

Now we're talking about the big boys. Located in Prudential, Greenhouse Apartments is our third best apartment in Boston, with a beautiful, centrally located luxury condominium. Outfitted with a spectacular pool, soft carpet and amazing views of Prudential, Greenhouse is truly an apartment complex for those who are willing to pay the right price for a gorgeous condominium.

2. Douglas Park | 650 Columbus Avenue, Mission Hill

Average Prices:

  • 1 Bedroom - $1,412
  • 2 Bedrooms - $2,075
  • 3 Bedrooms - $4,050

Douglas Park is, to put it simply, a beautiful paradise. The rooms are gigantic, going up to 1500 square feet with inlaid wood paneling, track lighting and chandeliers, the windows go from wall to wall in some apartments, and the prices are very comparable for such an excellent building. It offers a fitness center, on-site management, security, a concierge, and a great backyard.

1. Boston View Apartments | 130 Bowdoin St

Average Prices:

  • Studio - $1,350
  • 1 Bedroom - $1,854

And Beacon Hill claims it all! Boston View Apartments is no doubt, the best apartment in Boston. With incredibly cheap rooms for a gorgeous apartment, it's a steal; with the Victorian styling and well-maintained structure, it's a gem for old timers; with it's rooftop deck, families and couples will love it. Without any reservations, we strongly advocate Boston View Apartments to be the ultimate choice in Boston for almost anyone.
